Rick started with eVent Medical in November of 2009, and brings 30+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to the team. Prior to eVent Medical, Rick was the VP RA/QA for Newport Medical Instruments, Inc. for seven years. Before Newport Medical, he worked with Allergan, VIA Medical Corp and ICU Medical (Orange County – San Diego, CA) in various quality and regulatory functions.

Rick earned his BA in Philosophy at UC Irvine, CA.  His other accreditations include ASQC Certified Quality Engineer, ASQC Certified Quality Auditor and ASQC Certified Reliability Engineer.
